Life changes

Life is constantly changing and evolving. Being able to keep up with the changes that happen in our lives is not always easy, especially as we tend to be creatures of habit in our comfort zones. Coaching helps you take stock of the changes and manage your response to them, and ultimately to become more comfortable with them.


Changes in our lives can make us feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. Sometimes change is traumatic. Some typical life changes include:

  • mid-life crisis

  • retirement

  • living in the UK for the first time

  • moving abroad

  • coming out and living LGBT+

  • family and/or relationship changes

  • being single and dating

  • redundancy

  • loss of income or debt

  • health and wellbeing changes

How I can help

If you feel you're not coping with the change or just unsure which direction to take next, coaching can help. I will explore with you the changes that are happening and how they are impacting you. We'll uncover and challenge any self-sabotaging thoughts and beliefs that are stopping you from coping with the changes.  I'll help you find ways to manage and commit to the transition you need to make with more self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
